Getting to know each other

To begin with we will have a first non-committal meeting to get to know each other. We will identify your objectives and ambitions. If the chemistry is right you are the one to decide whether to start a coaching with me.

We will then draw up a contract defining the time span, place and remuneration.
Tip: Coaching fees are normally tax deductible since coaching is widely recognised as a means of improving your professional performance.

Off we go! Analysing the situation we will first decide on your primary objectives and goals. In a next step we will agree on halfway markers and look for potential stumbling blocks. This means we are under way to meet your needs and we will continue for as long as you feel is necessary.

We will look back on the stretch of road we have covered together and will reflect on conclusions and changes that have taken place. We will also take time to look ahead.
